FLAG designs, engineers and manufactures our own proprietary wash system that cleans the plastic like no other washline in the world.

 

We shred the film in larger pieces allowing for a more thorough cleaning and more surface area in our dryers.  Once shredded the plastic goes into our proprietary washtank that has multiple layers of agitation and a system that FLAG invented that removes the majority of organics, The film then moves to our high speed, fresh water cleaning process that removes any left over, sand, grit, etc. and rids the plastic of the dirty recycled water.

 

From there, the plastic goes through multiple stages of drying and comes out with a low moisture level . Our end product is then baled in 1700lb bales and is ready to ship to customers worldwide.

 

FLAG conducts extensive quality checks on each batch produced ensuring the end-user has a clean and dry product ready to run directly into their process.
